Every month people can vote for the kuski of the month from five candidates (candidates are chosen by Moposite crew; last month's second most votes got candidate gets directly into the next months poll). The Kuski of the month could be some merited total-warrior, WR crusher, webmaster of some elma site, graphics artist or whoever that has driven elma or done something positive elma-related things. Anyway the choice is yours, the voters. The polls are arranged on Mopolauta. The person who gets chosen as a kuski of the month will be interviewed. You can also suggest questions for the winners on specific thread. One player can be chosen as a kuski of the month once in three years.
